Elite Media builds websites and growth systems for service businesses in Florida. This page explains what happens to information you send us through this website.
What this website collects
The only place this site collects anything is the free-preview form. It asks for:
- Business name and email address — required, so we can build the preview and send it to you.
- Current website and phone number — optional.
Nothing else on the page collects data. There are no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, and no third-party embeds. The site sets no cookies. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a font CDN, so loading the page does not tell anyone else that you visited it.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, our email provider. They pass through Resend's systems in order to reach our inbox. We use what you send to prepare your preview and to reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers needed to run the site and send the email.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic request information — such as IP address and browser type — to serve pages and block abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep preview requests for as long as we are working with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Outreach
We contact businesses whose websites look due for an upgrade, using business contact details that are publicly listed. Every message we send identifies who we are and gives you a way to opt out. Tell us to stop and we will stop.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@elitemedia.design and we will take care of it.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top.
